Shipping and Delivery

Placing an Order:

- xVESSEL will process orders within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- xVESSEL reserves the right to refuse the order. xVESSEL reserves the right to delay shipment in the event that the order cannot be shipped due to uncontrollable factors.
- Once an order has shipped, we will send an email to the email address provided on the order with tracking information for your shipment.
- For customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, please be sure to fill out your address in Chinese and use the name on your ID card when filling out the shipping information. Japanese and Korean customers must fill in your address in English. We cannot change the completed shipping information after check out.
-We do not offer invoice notes
-We are unable to combine different orders into one shipment.

Delivery: 

- International shipping takes approximately 7-20 business days to arrive.
- xVESSEL is not responsible for carrier delays, delays due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond xVESSEL's control.

Shipping Costs:

For any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
