Order Processing:
- xVESSEL will process orders within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- xVESSEL reserves the right to refuse the order, and delay shipment in the event that the order cannot be shipped due to uncontrollable factors.
- Once an order has shipped, we will send an email to your contact email provided on the order with shipment tracking information.
- For customers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, please be sure to use the name on your ID card when filling out the shipping information.
- Customers from regions and countries other than Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, must fill in your shipping information in English. We cannot change the completed shipping information after check out.
- A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.
- We do not offer invoice notes.
- We are unable to combine different orders into one shipment.
- Due to shipment limitations, we currently only allow 3 pairs of shoes to be included in one single order. For ordering over more than 3 pairs of shoes, extra shipmeng fee will be required to add on.
- To restrict unnecessary resell and circulation of xVESSEL shoes in certain markets, we also have a maximum 2-pair store policy put on each unique customer for purchasing same style of shoes within one single order.
Payments:
- Verify that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.
- For any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
- All international orders subject to sales tax fee. Our shipments do not include any country-specific duties . This rate is determined by the country of receipt, which charges at the recipient's expense.
We take security very seriously, so your personal details will be protected. We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket layer (SSL) and other reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure. All confidential data like payment information is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption.
Delivery:
- Our standard international shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days to arrive.
- xVESSEL is not responsible for carrier delays, delays due to holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

- At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.
- It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
